The GlobAllShare Compensation Plan 

The basic idea of the GlobAllShare compensation plan is that during their prelaunch phase, affiliates of the company will generate shares. Shares are generated by GlobAllShare affiliates when the recruit new affiliates into the company.

What Training Can I Expect To Get With This Program?: Rank 5/10

  Georges program is comprised of primarily video tutorials complemented with a 101 page ebook training manual. Relying on the use of video training as the main delivery model isn’t for everyone, referring back and forth between videos is a slow and cumbersome process. When you are just in need of a quick refresher on a particular product video training can eat up a lot of valuable time. In todays market Google Sniper is antiquated as a form of affiliate marketing. In it’s day Sniper was a program that showed good results, but Sniper has not made a concentrated effort to keep up with the times. Google has changed quite rapidly and Google Sniper lags well behind with it’s training platform.

Who Will Benefit From Using Sniper?

  Well, it’s not what I would consider a program for new marketers. As much as Google Snipers sales page states it’s a program for beginners,  I don’t find this to be the case! The lack of tools and support are clear indicators that this program will fail the newbie. Having access to a forum  is an essential learning tool.  Corresponding with other marketers, gaining valuable experience from their successes and failures is a priceless tool in learning Internet marketing. A forum is not part of the Sniper program!
   To be perfectly honest, George’s program is so far behind the times I feel it has very little value to newbies and advanced marketers alike!

My Conclusion

  I do find Google Sniper to be a legitimate program, definitely not a scam!  In saying this I can’t rate Google Sniper very high do to the programs lack of transparency when it comes to their pricing structure.
   The lack of support and tools are a major flaw with the Sniper program!  So, when you add up the lack of training and tools with the combination of the price the ranking puts this product in the bottom range of programs offered.

Is Being a Home-Based Independent Contractor Right For You?

As more and more businesses downsize, more and more people are opting to work from home. I have worked from home as an independent contractor for over nine years, doing primarily administrative work.

This article focuses on people who work as independent contractors, as opposed to telecommuters. A telecommuter is an employee of company that does some (or most) of his work at home, but who goes into the office on occasion. He is considered an employee, gets a W-2 form at the end of the year, and has the benefits and restrictions of an employee.

Home-based independent contractors are not employees. We are self-employed. As with all situations, there are pros and cons.

The upsides:

• You set your hours. In my case, I have to work a certain number of hours, and I need to make sure they are within normal business hours for the area of the country for which I'm working. However, I can pick the specific hours I choose to work.


• It's much easier to take off work for personal business. If I need to take my mother to the doctor, the car to the mechanic, run errands, go to the gym, or even take my dog to the vet, I just do it. I can fit work around my personal life.


• In the 8-to-5 corporate world, if you don't feel well, you have to decide by the time you need to leave in the morning if you go into work or not. If I don't feel quite well, I can sleep in later, get up and work for awhile, go back to bed and rest, then get up and go back to work throughout the day. I seldom need to take an entire day off, although I can (and do) if I need to.


• There is no dress code. I can go to work in jeans, sweats or my pajamas, if I want to.


• There are tax benefits. Being self-employed, I can deduct my business expenses from my income and am only taxed on the remainder. The IRS is getting more strict about what constitutes a deductible business expense, but there are still tax advantages.


• You don't have to deal with unpleasant co-workers. There's no loudmouth in the next cubicle, or "coffee cup guy" who never seems to have anything to do but to go around and try to chat while you're trying to work, or people who bathe in perfume or aftershave (or worse yet, never seem to bathe at all.)


• You can cook a roast, do laundry, or other chores that don't require constant attention but that you need to check on periodically.


• You can be home with your children, dog, cat, guinea pig, etc.

The downsides:

• You need to be extremely self-disciplined. Yes, all you have to do is to go into the office or to the desk in the living room or to the kitchen table or wherever and do you work. On the other hand, you do have to do it. You can't stay in bed all day. You can't watch TV all day. You can't run errands all day. It can be very hard to do a task you don't want to do when the weather is beautiful and the day is calling you to be outside.


• Friends and family don't always understand that just because you're home doesn't mean you're not working. You need to be firm in explaining what hours you are unavailable or it can be very difficult to have the uninterrupted time you need.


• You don't have any benefits. You have to get your own health insurance. If you want a retirement plan, you have to fund it. There are no paid holidays and no paid vacations.


• Your income will probably vary. No matter what type of work you choose to do, you will only be paid when you work. Chances are that projects and/or clients will come and go. Although you can decide how much you want to work, chances are there will be times when you either can't get as much work as you would like or the work you've already obligated yourself to do will take longer than you'd planned.


• It's lonely. Yes, there are no annoying co-workers. But there are no fun co-workers, either. No one to go to lunch with; no one to complain to about your rotten day; no one to lift you up when work gets you down.

Although the pros outnumber the cons, you need to decide if the pluses outweigh the minuses for you. Freedom comes with a price: in this case, uncertainty. If you are not ready to face days, weeks, or longer with little or no income, being an independent contractor may not be for you.

Salary Expectations of Medical Billers and Coders at Home

  Medical billers and coders help ensure that healthcare facilities and their health information data are organized. "They ensure its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper and electronic systems. They use various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for insurance reimbursement purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patients' medical and treatment histories," according to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  Due to an aging population, the demand for medical billers and coders are expected to grow at 22% from 2012 to 2022.

Employment Opportunities

  State, local and private general medical hospitals employed 37% of medical billers and coders in 2012. Physician's offices, nursing care facilities and the government are also some of the other workplaces which may employ them. Medical billers and coders generally work in offices, spending time in front of computer monitors. They held about 186,300 jobs in May of 2012.

  Medical billing and transcription from home is usually done by experienced individuals who may demand higher salaries. They may become consultants, research code methodology, auditors, and provide guidance and opinion on various coding and billing issues. However, opening up a business at home also means expenses in areas like health insurance, office maintenance and tax payments without the aid of an employer.

Garage Sales Can Lead To More Than Pocket Change

  As the price of everything inflates quicker than my waistline some of us out there need to work a bit harder to make ends meet. The thought of having your own business quickly comes to mind but who has the time and patience to open up and run a brick and mortar? I know I don't, so I started to wonder what I could do to make some extra money and it hit me. Junk!

  Now I don't mean digging through trash or anything. What I am talking about is something people either love or hate, garage sales.

  I am not going to lie, I love looking through peoples "junk" at yard sales. I don't know what it is, maybe I think I'll be lucky enough to find someone selling a Van Gogh painting for $5 but I love it. It's also an interesting look into someone's life when you see take a look at the items they have laid out for sale.

  For garage sales you have two obvious options, selling things at your own garage sale or buying things from someone else's. I do have my own yard sales when my clutter level gets near overload, though quite often my "garage sales" become a microwave oven sale due to me collecting appliances. But really to me it's much more fun to find deals at other peoples garage sales. My tips for garage sales items are cheap tools, as there is always someone willing to buy tools at a fair price. The other items I target are geared toward retro "hipsters", old record albums and anything considered vintage.

  Years ago the word vintage to me was just another word for junk. But kids these days love the retro styling of the things from us older folks past. Old blenders and microwave ovens sell really well for some reason as does clothing. If I had of known people would be so into old clothes I would have saved every piece of clothing I owned and made a fortune! It seems like anything made before 1980 sells pretty well with dresses from the 1950s being the hot sellers for me personally.

  Here are my quick tips for a successful haul:

1. Time is of the essence. Get out there early.
2. Get in and out. Don't spend all day at one spot. Hit as many as you can.
3. Check your local newspaper for locations and durations of garage sales
4. For multiple day garage sales make sure to attend the last day when most people just want to unload everything.
5. Bring plenty of cash. Not just for buying either, make sure you have quarters, dollar bills and fives to make change.

  After my garage sale hunt I clear out a space in my garage and prepare to sell. I tend to stick to eBay for my selling as I just find it easier to deal with. If I end up picking up items that are just too heavy for cheap shipping I sell those on Craigslist. Although I typically sell all my clothing on eBay if I don't have a lot of time I will sell clothing to my local vintage clothing store. But I must warn you, they don't pay all that well.

  Okay, I'll admit it. The first time I thought about being in business with my spouse, I wondered if I too should have relationship agreements in writing. Then I realized whether or not my relationship agreements were written on a piece of paper, I did have agreements with my spouse. There are unspoken contracts of behavior between a couple whether they create a contract or not.
